I am an Australian living in LA. First moved out here to be an NBA dancer, but have now found myself in the fitness industry focusing on my boxing. Fitness has been a part of my life for so many years so it is vital to look after my body, especially when I move my body for a living.

Almost a decade ago.

Your advice to anyone new to foam rolling?
Don’t be afraid of the discomfort you may feel, think of a deep tissue massage. Find the trigger points, suck it up and focus on it, then you’ll be sure to feel the benefits and release afterwards, I promise!!
