Hi! I’ve been a group fitness instructor in this amazing industry for about ten years now teaching cycling, TRX, and strength training classes in L.A. and Austin! Aside from my gym passion, I also love Egyptology books, crossword puzzles, and basically all things health and wellness! Nothing moves me more than knowing that each and every class I teach has the potential to inspire and make a positive difference in someone else’s life and fitness journey. It’s all the motivation I need to keep going!

When did you start foam rolling?
A few years ago after I learned how much it helped me recover after an intense cycling class.
How has MOBOT helped you?
MOBOT is so great because you can get your foam rolling in on the go - anywhere, anytime! Also, it does keep your water really cold all day too which is pretty dang cool.
Your advice to anyone new to foam rolling?
It’s a tough feeling to get used to, but keep at it and your muscles will thank you when you’re done!
