I am a professional choreographer/dancer in the entertainment industry. What moves me artistically is music, kaleidoscopes, emotion, water. I am also very intrigued by the human body and learning how everything functions.

When did you start foam rolling?
I started foam rolling about 5 years ago when I was dancing for JLo. The long days of rehearsals really had my body feeling tired and not able to function at its best. Foam rolling helped relieve my muscle fatigue and tension.
How has MOBOT helped you?
My Mobot helps me by not making my load when I leave the house too much! I can leave with my water and foam roller in one device instead of two items with very odd shapes!
