MOBOT offers a one-year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase on all MOBOT bottles products purchased from mobot.com and authorized retailers with proof of purchase. For more information regarding authorized retailers, please visit our  authenticity page.

This warranty does not cover everyday wear and tear. This means that the warranty does not cover cosmetic wear that does not affect the safety or function of your product. In our opinion, a little scratch or knick here and there is nothing more than bragging rights that you've been having some fun with your gear. But if something breaks, don't worry one bit. MOBOT will review all cases and in the event that MOBOT deems a replacement is necessary, we will replace the product with the same style and size. If that product is not available, the closest style will be sent as a replacement.

MOBOT’s one-year limited warranty does not cover any issues due to improper use, normal wear, and tear, or loss/theft of the bottle.

To file a warranty claim, follow these steps:

Step 1: Find your receipt which proves the date of purchase. If the date of purchase cannot be verified, MOBOT will make an assessment based on the date of manufacture of the MOBOT (if possible), the condition of the MOBOT and the type of defect.

Step 2: Email us at roll@mobot.com with proof of purchase, the reason for claim and pictures of your bottle. Specifically, please send a full-length photo of the bottle, the bottom of the bottle and the claimed damaged or defect area, if applicable. MOBOT reserves the right to request the product be sent to our office for additional review to verify the claim. MOBOT will cover the shipping fees for return of defective or damaged items.
