DOMESTIC U.S SHIPPING: Contiguous United States

Within the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico), we offer free ground shipping on orders.

Orders will ship within 1-3 business days and arrive 2-5 business days after the order was shipped, depending on the region of the country. You will receive an email with the tracking information as soon as we’ve shipped your MOBOT.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship MOBOTs all over the world! We want to get your MOBOT to you as quickly as possible, and the estimated number of days may vary based on destination and customs requirements. Shipping rates will be calculated upon checkout, with various options provided.You will receive an email with the tracking information as soon as we’ve shipped your MOBOT. Please allow 48 hours to process international orders. During this time, please recheck your order and shipping address to ensure your MOBOT is delivered safely.

*Customs fees may apply upon receiving your product. Contact your local post/customs office for more information.

 

CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check your delivery address before you finalize your order. If your address is entered incorrectly at purchase, our delivery service will attempt to deliver then send it back to the warehouse. Upon return, we will contact you for an alternate shipping address – additional shipping charges may apply.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be completely happy with your MOBOT! If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order to us for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date if you are within the contiguous United States. Returns made after 30 days to 12 months from the date of purchase, and any purchases from outside of the Contiguous United States, will be credited for the price paid for the item in the form of a MOBOT.com e-Gift Card.  Product must be unused and in the original condition in which you received them.

If you purchased from an authorized MOBOT retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy.

We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase, from within the contiguous United States. For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the rest of the world, and for returns after 30 days or more, shipping is covered by the customer. We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return is complete.

To receive a refund:

  • Product must be purchased directly from  www.mobot.com
  • Request to return is within 30 days of purchase date
  • The product is in perfect, unused condition with original packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received

Returns Process:

  1. Contact usat roll@mobot.com with ‘Returns Request’ in the subject line and include your order number and reason for return
  2. A team member will then provide you with the delivery address and shipping label (if within the contiguous United States)
  3. Once your MOBOT arrives, a team member will inspect to ensure in unused condition
  4. Once the refund is approved, it will take approximately 4 weeks after we receive your product (shipping charges are not refundable, we do not accept COD deliveries)

If the return is for a quality issue, please reach out to us at roll@mobot.com with your order number and details. 

Used MOBOTs cannot be returned unless defective. See our  Warranty Policy for more information.

Please select your items carefully – once an order is completed through the website, changes are not able to be processed and the returns process would need to be followed.
