How Long Will It Take? –Once the sale is confirmed, we usually dispatch products the next working day. Normally our delivery takes 2-3 business days.
Track and Track? – We email a tracking ID as the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Return & Refund Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
We work hard to ensure complete customer satisfaction to our customers. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order to us for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
Returns made after 30 days to 12 months from the date of purchase, will be credited for the price paid for the item in the form of a coupon code that can only be used on UK.MOBOT.com. Product must be unused and in the original condition in which you received them.
To receive a refund:
- Product must be purchased directly from www.uk.mobot.com
- Request to return is within 30 days of purchase date
- The product is in perfect, unused condition with original packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received
- Contact us at email@example.com with ‘Returns Request’ in the subject line and include your order number and reason for return
- A team member will then provide you with the delivery address.
- Once your MOBOT arrives, a team member will inspect it verify the unused condition of the product
- Once the refund is approved, it will take approximately 4 weeks after we receive your product (shipping charges are not refundable, we do not accept COD deliveries)
If the return is for a quality issue, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details.
Used MOBOTs cannot be returned unless defective. See our Warranty Policy for more information.
